When filling in the appropriate box in the annual PIT tax return (28, 36, 36L, 37, 38) or e-PIT, enter the KRS number 0000665435 and in the case of making a donation to a specific beneficiary, enter his/her name in the specific purpose field 1.5%  

The "Kropla Szczęścia" Foundation's beneficiaries need every form of support, so even if 1.5% of your tax is just a few złoty, it means a lot to the Foundation's beneficiaries, as "a drop wears away a rock not by force but by constant falling."

The "Kropla Szczęścia" Foundation is a non-profit organization (i.e., operates not for profit) and does not charge any commission on any donations, meaning all funds raised are fully allocated to achieving its statutory goals.
